Alpha Khaldi is the Chief Legal Officer at Claros Technologies, where he leads legal strategy, regulatory compliance and commercial support. He brings wide-ranging experience in commercial law, litigation, M&A and international operations across the Middle East, the UK and the US.

Alpha previously held senior legal roles at 3M and nVent, and advised clients at Dorsey & Whitney LLP. He has supported global M&A and operational growth initiatives, helping drive the commercialisation of PFAS treatment solutions
