Victor Leung is the Chief Technology Officer at Axine Water Technologies, where he leads technology development, product testing, and IP strategy. He and his team pioneered an electrochemical process that destroys organic micropollutants in industrial wastewater, including PFAS and pharmaceutical compounds.

Victor brings deep expertise in R&D and scale-up of advanced materials, with experience across the construction, pulp & paper, and medical sectors. His work is advancing sustainable treatment solutions for some of the industry’s most complex contaminants.
